Mechanical Level Switches

We have a wide range of level controls, fromn a simple ball bearing float switch for simple level control applications, through to sophisticated Continuous level control devices for constant level measurements.

Remember many of these devices can be coupled with either a onsite readout, a datalogger, or a telemetry device that sends txt alerts an activation of alarm setpoints. We have a case study detailing a system that monitors a river level flowing under a bridge prone to flooding in the Corramandel using an ultrasonic level device. When the river level reaches a certain height, the system automatically texts 3 different engineers to alert them.

On/off Level Detectors

The ATMi range of liquid and Solid Level detectors has been around in New Zealand for a number of years. They have a wide range of products, including standard low cost floats for water applications, Ex rated switches for explosion proof environments, chemical resistant materials, and the nerw SOBA range for limited space applications.

Float Level Switches

Mobrey offer a range of rugged and reliable industrial level switches, very popular in the marine and dairy industry. They are also used extensively in the bitumen industry, being proven to stand up to this very difficult application. Most of the dairy comapnies in New Zealand have Mobrey switches installed.

They also do a range of boiler control switches, and have been previously called Bestobell, Meggitt, or Ronald Trist. The switching arrangement is a rugged magnet switch, and they can be supplied in various formats to suit the switching application.

The SOR Range is mostly used in the Oil and Gas Industry as they specialise in high pressure, and Explosion Proof  equipment.
